the best movie I’ve seen in recent memory. I want to rewatch it very soon.
affecting and haunting in a way that I still haven’t processed and I think will stay with me for a very long time.
the final scenes were easily some of the most disturbing I’ve ever seen in a movie, mostly for how close they feel to a future that could have transpired for myself and for so many people I know

I am too soft to watch brutal torture onscreen (which I don’t think is a bad thing), but the rest of the film really did it for me!
a tender exploration of curiosity, empathy, religiosity, and death
plus, the cillian murphy appearance at the end was 🤌🏻
