My Pride month is off to a good start. There aren’t too many movies that focus on Black lesbians so I was excited to watch this movie for the first time. Was delightfully surprised to see the movie set in Philly. As a Philly native, it was nice to see my city captured so beautifully. I did have issues with the editing and acting. Both were extremely amateurish but it didn’t ruin the movie for me. Overall I enjoyed the movie. Hopefully we get more Black lesbian representation in film because we are in desperate need for it!

I was prepared to love this movie because of the original concept but I was wrong. Movie was okay. Had a lot of good ideas but they didn’t work out. Needed to be fleshed out a bit more. Also, they should’ve kept the documentary style. After they abandoned the documentary style, the movie kinda loses its steam. It’s a horror comedy but it did not deliver on the horror or the comedy. So disappointed.

A cemetery caretaker looking after the undead is such an interesting premise but I’m afraid this movie was so underwhelming. Story goes off in so many different directions that after the movie ended I just felt unsatisfied and somewhat confused. I did appreciate the visuals, score and specials effects but everything else about this movie fell flat for me. Had high hopes

Seeing Linda get her eye gouged did nothing to me but seeing her shove a tuna sandwich in her desk literally made me say “ewwww gross 🤢 “
