More Walking out the theater felt like waking up from a nightmare that felt vaguely familiar but you can’t even remember what it was about.
So much to admire here even if it didn’t stick the landing for me. Loved that the production design was basically the main character in the movie. Every space was so uniquely different, off putting, and overall entrancing. I couldn’t take my eyes off the screen when the movie was in “the backrooms”. It’s just so good at making you feel lost, confused, and anxious as the characters experience the spaces. Kane Parsons has a huge future ahead of him.
