Decided to celebrate Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing's birthdays by watching a movie with them that I hadn't seen.
They were of course both great. Cushing as a possibly evil doctor and Lee doing his greatest Sherlock impression.
The sad thing is Lee is only really featured for the last 30 mins, but when he shows up he steals the show.
It was an interesting take on the Gorgon mythos, though the 2nd act does drag a bit.

Water really is more important than gold!
This whole movie just ignores Mothra, which is annoying.
Also not a fan of the Monster Numbering system.

Eventually I have hope they figure out editing and pacing for these stories arcs. This had too much time staring at statues of insects and not enough time solving the actual dilemma.
Also, apparently season 2 the Dr decides to start wearing a cape.

I really liked the concept of this.
We need more non-christian horror movies!
My only complaint is being not Jewish I wasn't sure what the symbols meant... even with an explanation at the start, I wasn't sure what or why I was being shown that and then once the movie was going I had forgotten which symbol was what.
