Scratched my Rohmer itch and kept surprising me as it got better and better. The scene with the spider web is one of the most beautiful things I’ve seen.Did not know the leads are mother and daughter irl!! They were both mesmerizing. Pascale Ogier would have become such a star if she had lived longer… loved her 2010s fashion blogger fit - white tee high waisted Levi’s and leather jacket 😍 time to bring it back

Funniest Kieslowski I’ve seen

Had low expectations for everything but still the fashion was very disappointing

I love how so many of Kieslowski’s movies revolve around the idea of alternate realities and almost all of them feature a trinket and some sort of ball . I’m in love

Donkey skin running in slow motion at night might be one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen

I love Krzysztof Kiewsloski and his world. I was so happy to see the clear glass ball in this because the clear ball in Double life of Veronique has been on my mind ever since I watched it!! I need one. So touching in every way :)

Recognized  that it was Danny elfman music from the opening credits. I have listened to the nightmare before christmas soundtrack one too many times…

Very entertaining

I wasn’t sure how I was feeling about this one for a good chunk of it…How foolish of me to doubt Rohmer! I am always so enamored by the end. Happy spring 😁
