Murder mysteries: still not my type of entertainment.
I did like the pick of a therapist as 'lead investigator' though. Having been in therapy for a good couple years myself, I can only imagine how tremendously mentally exhausting it must be sometimes to endure the whole thing sitting on the other side of the room/the screen. And how invested in their patients' lives one can eventually end up getting, whether you want it or not.

Another one for the favorites. Cheryl Dunye crafts a bold, beautiful, and wonderfully fun story about, well, the vital importance of telling one’s own story. It’s a courageous and tender enterprise, building a delicate bridge between overt criticism and subtle parody, which makes the film so special. For more than one reason, it called to mind another great work of art: Audre Lorde’s fantastic biomythography, Zami: A New Spelling of My Name.
