I’m not even a hardcore fan, but I still found the movie disappointing. Earlier, Thor had weight and a darker edge. The humor was there, but it was balanced and never felt trashy. Ragnarok went way too far into slapstick territory, turning the character into a parody of himself and sacrificing real arcs for cheap laughs.

Epic.

The visuals were amazing. I think much of the imagery from most of the film could have been framed and mounted on your wall, they just looked that good.
