It does its job. It’s a Michael Jackson biopic. Specifically set up until a particular point in his career. It shows his trials and tribulations, his upbringing, how those moments affected him. I think the costumes and sets and performances are all fantastic and accurate.

Barbie (2023) is EVERYTHING. A study on feminism, patriarchy, self discovery, meaning, and purpose. It’s campy, it leans fully into the wackiness and silliness of its concept while telling a compelling story.
