Genuinely phenomenal.

First of all, the cgi and motion capture is fantastic as per in all films. The fact that Maurice is nota genuine orangutan blows my mind.

All the characters are phenomenal- Caesars arc was perfect, Maurice was excellent, Nova was a good addition and Bad Ape was hilarious.

The Antagonist was great and his end was emotional yet satisfying. Caesar not killing him really showed he wasn’t anything like Koba.

This is easily my favourite of the trilogy. The setting, story, characters and everything was perfect. I’m not sure if I’ll watch Kingdom but these 3 films alone were all brilliant.

An amazing start to what might become one of my favourite trilogy’s.

The cgi is phenomenal, the characters are great and Caesar is a great depiction of leadership. So many hype moments had my jaw dropped.

Andy Serkis is so underrated. His motion capture talent is genuinely amazing and he needs celebrating more.

My only downside would be Tom Felton’s awful American accent - but he gets murked pretty quick so whatever.

Overall, fantastic film, really excited for next two as I’ve heard they are even better.

I’ve studied this novella in class so it’s nice to see it on screen.
