brittany murphy and dakota fanning’s chemistry is something i have never ever seen, just spectacular. no one could’ve portrayed molly and ray better than they did. first time i saw this movie was when i was little and this rewatch was much needed.

uptown girls is one of the best movies made in the 2000s. it’s fun, it’s pure, it’s everything. it leaves such a warm feeling in your heart after you’re done watching it, the kind of feeling that is hard to describe unless you see it for yourself. 

be prepared to be left in tears at the end ❤︎

Never had a movie made me feel so happy but also so sad at the same time, i enjoyed every minute of it. The 50s vibes were so well represented that i had to check that i was indeed watching a 2022 film. This movie instantly becomes one of my all time favorites.  ❤︎

“obsession” was emotional and beautifully put together. the soundtrack matched the mood perfectly. what really stood out was how layered the story was... it wasn’t just about love or obsession, but about vulnerability, control, and consequences. definitely joining the history books of best horror movies ever made.

“The Devil Wears Prada 2” felt completely unnecessary. The original movie had charm, sharp writing, and memorable characters, but this sequel just recycled old ideas without adding anything meaningful. The story dragged, the dialogue felt forced, and most of the emotional moments came across as fake nostalgia instead of genuine development. It seemed more focused on cashing in on the original’s popularity than telling a story worth watching. By the end, it just felt useless and forgettable.
