started off slow as the actors had to build chemistry…but wow😭that fucking ending. i was bawling in the theatre, that shit was so fucking unfair. a very raw, emotional movie.
at first, the jennifer lopez parts were jarring, but they worked as the movie went on.
big props to my king diego luna and tonatiuh. they don’t get enough credit for being the beating heart of this film.
really want to read the book!
