This is a horror movie from the mom’s perspective.
First she’s confronted by a grown man wearing some of her husband’s clothes and then revealing he’s wearing her adolescent son’s underroos, all the while he’s ranting and raving about being her son. Then after brandishing a knife to fend him off, she realizes her son is missing, presumably kidnapped by that maniac wearing children’s underwear.
Then she starts getting phone calls from the man, reassuring her that Josh is fine…
