This movie is much like a Johnny Depp cameo, it's a reminder that things change, and not always for the best. The carefree innocent days have been replaced by a caricature of past glories, the never ending magic that enthralled us all, now seems cheap and lazy.

I don't get indie cinema, the mass public are force fed Hollywood star vehicle CGI action nonsense instead of movies like this. Give this film or hunt for the wilderpeople or even the fundamentals of caring the same promotional budget and 1500+ opening day screens, whats the worst that could happen? it makes me sad that people will not see this.
