They had such an opportunity building an awesome concept around this whole backrooms thing and failed miserably. For the first 30 minutes I actually was into it! I really thought it was going a very cool direction. As they got deeper into the backrooms the more I lost interest. The build up they created something scary and then the things that were supposed to be scary were so stupid. Everything that was meant to be spooky or strange felt like…

Marc Jacob’s is so sick but this documentary was so linear that it felt so predictable. I was sitting in the movies and was so hyped when the credits rolled because it was exhausting and almost boring at times. Then in rolls in Marc and Sophia IRL for Q & A and holy shit I was HOT made me have to stay an extra 20 mins. Went with my friends and had a great time regardless and had a hot dog but this is most certainly an at home watch trust your boy.
