Fantastic Flop for me

Strong performance from Depp, and Skarsgard. I wish we had gotten 10-20 minutes more of the cerebral horror of Nosferatu inhabiting others’ minds, especially Thomas. Ngl it was a little anticlimactic for Nosferatu to take Ellen’s life and then they both immediately die 😭 Dafoe was entertaining, but I’m afraid the casting & Eggers’ humorous directing style hold this reproduction back from being a timeless classic. I also wish the soundtrack would’ve been slightly better. Visually though, the film was very captivating and thankfully not overly gory
