Pretty much a slow burn, but the last hour goes hard, and many a still frame could be framed for the wall 🤷🏽♂️

Was a solid ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ until they let the Michael Moriarty character survive, but crazy echoes of True Romance (QT 🧐) and First Blood.
It’s not ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ by 2025 standards but it’s undoubtedly the most EPIC film from the 1930’s (!!!) that I’ve ever seen. Note: I usually find anything made before 1941 completely unwatchable (sry Potemkin and Metropolis fans 🤷🏽♂️)
