oh god i have to remember movies?
not amazing, but a fun little movie with some great animation that's consistently charming and feels timeless the way all good looney tunes stuff does

a breezy watch, but perhaps a little too much so. at just over an hour in length, don't break down covers jawbreaker's rise through the late 80s/early 90s punk scene, the breakup after "selling out" by signing with a major label and releasing an album that underperformed critically and commercially, their continued influence on punk and emo music into the 2010s, and the eventual reunion in 2017.
the documentary never stops to dwell on any one subject for too long,…
a nearly perfect bad movie in my eyes: a charmingly dumb concept starring tv actors past their peak (nate richert, best known for portraying harvey on sabrina the teenage witch, and danielle fishel, topanga on boy meets world) phoning in their delivery of a corny, terrible script along with some stunningly abysmal special effects, and it doesn't overstay its welcome at under an hour and a half long. i've watched this movie like five times over the years and it's always a blast. absolutely worth tracking down to watch with friends.
it is, truly, worse than you think.
i haven't laughed this much at a movie in a long time. highest recommendation.
