Coogler continues on his path to being one of our greatest modern blockbuster directors. Spectacle and suspense that’s baked through story and not just flash, genre blending in a way that is truly innovative and has some moments that are absolute electricity. 

The musical number in the center is a showstopper and I’m gonna be thinking about it all year.
