Movie reviewer? I barely know her!
Fun, but felt a bit dragged out. Dacre Montgomery was honestly quite great in this even though he’s acting across an oddly goofy Bill Skarsgård. Also I want to listen to Colman on the radio every day now.

The way this movie portrays loss feels so utterly personal and unique with what might be Oscar Isaac's best performance. I could talk about this movie till I am blue in the face.
The filmmaking, acting, and sound design of the film really fucking carried the lackluster script and poor side character work. Timmy was great, but other than Kevin “I’m a vampire” O Leary, no one else was even remotely interesting.
Phenomenal first act, the rest was….fine. I want the one of the Safdies to try something new. This felt like more of the same, which is good, but its shine has started to wear thin in my eyes.
