not a lot of substance here, but man does michael have style and it sure does bleed through in this movie. also jaafar kinda carried
i do sympathize with the people involved in this film, as they were doomed for failure due to the high expectations set as being a A24 surprise film by its horrible marketing from jwcw. however, the low quality of the film itself did not help at all. i cannot think of any aspect of the film that didn't feel cheap or wasn't executed poorly
i was worried that this movie would get unfairly review-bombed, but i do think that the ratings it's currently receiving are fair reflections of this film's quality
