Baz I love u always but i think watching the live show of Moulin Rouge with John F Cardoza playing Christian first made this movie viewing experience kinda mid. Still iconic tho and el tango de Roxanne will always be top 4 fav music numbers ugh omg♥️♥️💔💔💔🔥🔥🔥

Made the mistake of watching this with my father. Do not watch this with your father. Otherwise, it was amazing.

This has been on my letterboxd top 4 for a while, but it just keeps getting better every time i watch it. I once saw this meme that was like: “dramatic actors doing comedy (mid), comedy actors doing drama (the most gut wrenching emotional journey portrayed phenomenally), and this is a great example of one. Jim Carey’s EYES in this film deserve an Oscar within themselves. He is so good. This is a type of movie that stays with you.  i love that.
