It's didactic, overstuffed, and deeply silly. Hell, it might even be too naive for its own good, but I appreciate the fact that Bong had swindled Warner Bros into making a wacky, NAUSICAA-adjacent, socially conscious Hollywood space opera. We could've ridiculed Trump with two big screen impersonations had this been released last year like it was intended.
