Suddenly something may occur, what never you thought life would bare…

My (possibly unhealthy) obsession with this film never ceases to expand, which is evident not only by this being the 3rd viewing of it for me in a 12-month period, but also the fact I remembered the very day of which I first viewed it; exactly 4 years ago today, which is why I am revisiting it yet again. Something I’ll never understand is the people who watch these type of movies and are like “OMG! SO SHOCKING AND POINTLESS!” You knew what you were getting into and watched it anyway, but why? Just so you can shit on it? Films like this should only be viewed by those who know what they are getting into and who can appreciate fucked up cinema.

Life and death surrounds every scene, as beautiful, lively landscapes are filled with death and decay. This is Marian Dora’s personal hell, and I can’t thank him enough for putting it to film.
