there were really good individual moments and i loved the soundtrack and the composition/coloring of the shots and the transitions between them but the tone and angle of it—the plotline and the dialogued personality of the main character—felt kind of like emotional objectification of the character as a woman.
There's a scene halfway into this film where the two leads yell at a (presumably) man for being in the wrong bathroom; 'he' passes out and they take his wallet and hotel room key.
