Alpha
½ Watched

Alpha is a great example of story without clear motive and screenplay. The film started in a decent way with decent stakes but failed badly due to poor screenplay and acting of alia bhatt. The idea of alpha was interesting but execution was disastrous. Anil kapoor and sharvari had nothing to do much as their characters were underutilized.
Bobby deol was unbearable to watch through due to his weird haryanvi accent and also the bad writing behind his character.
Again a proof that yrf spy universe needs better and smart writing

Ikkis
★★★½ Watched

Ikkis was a fun ride with deep insights into army warfare and life of a soldier. However the film suffers due to over the top love angle which felt forced and exaggerated. Agastya did justice to the role of arun khetrepal through small but impactful moments. Dharmendra sir and jaydeep also did a great job. Apart from the agenda of aman ki asha everything was perfect in the film.
Definitely worth your time

Saiyaara
★★★ Watched

"Saiyaara" is a decent film with a commendable performance by Ahaan Pandey and a good one by Aneet Paada. The music is pleasant overall, with standout exceptions like the soulful title track. While the film follows a very cliché storyline, it presents it in an engaging and fresh manner. The production design adds to the immersive feel, making it a visually satisfying experience. Overall, it's a one-time watch worth considering.

Coolie
★½ Watched

Coolie fails miserably in building its story due to too many subplots and unnecessary cameos. There was no real need to cast actors like Upendra and Aamir in the film. The movie feels like a replica of Jailer, with the same archetype of a man with a mysterious past and a powerful aura.

The screenplay in the first half was decent, but the second half could not sustain interest. The story had potential, but with so many subplots, it was…
