love the core concept of this, but i just didn't buy the romance. the idea that michael falls completely in love with someone just because of how their voice sounds didn't make any sense to me
honestly this would've worked so much better as a live action movie. the animation made it impossible to feel any actual connection to lisa. if it were live action, they could’ve cast someone who isn’t conventionally attractive but has this incredible, warm, cute energy that makes you love her anyway
i think there's so much wasted potential here

I know this movie is treated like a sacred classic, but Pulp Fiction honestly feels really overhyped to me. The non linear storytelling is always praised like it’s some genius move, but it barely adds anything. The story being out of order doesn’t really deepen the characters or reveal some big idea it just feels like a trick that seemed fresh in the 90s.
The movie also doesn’t feel like it has a strong narrative. It jumps between different stories…
Him represents God, the creator, and the mother represents Earth. She builds and maintains everything. God first brings in Adam (the old man), then creates Eve from him. Remember when the man’s rib was injured that points to that moment.
Adam and Eve then break the crystal, like eating the forbidden fruit. After that, it mirrors the story of Abel and Cain, where one brother kills the other. As time goes on, the house(Earth) fills with different religions and beliefs.…
