Will add a real review later, but this was the easiest 4 star I have ever seen. May see it again in theaters

Fun, decently paced movie. The characters are likable and I enjoyed the humor. When I saw I like horror, this is what I mean 80 percent of the time. I hit horror (and the weird) early via fear street, goosebumps, wayside school, scooby-doo, and the bailey school kids. I enjoy spookiness the most when it's fun.. in the vein of Halloween/Fall. Bloody Axe Wound delivers. Was it perfect? No. Will it go into rotation for my comfort horror watches? Absolutely.

Mood wise (for me) it feels like Detention x Behind The Mask x Tragedy Girls X Tucker & Dale.
