The phrase "spiritual violence".
When the austrian bishop lady talked about how male bishops would call their ability to ordain a "power" (by god or something like that), while she does not. So, their feministic religious beliefs can exist without (claiming or exerting) power, while the traditional religious institutions can not. And I hope that the former is possible on a much larger scale to ensure everybody has liberties around the world.
