One of the best prison break flicks I've ever seen. Non-stop action with a stellar cast: Wiliam Bendix, William Talman, Luther Adler, Arthur Kennedy, Gene Evans, Marshall Thompson, Beverly Michaels, Gloria Talbot and Percy Helton.
Joan Crawford achieved major stardom with her portrayal of "Dangerous" Diana Medford, the wild jazz age flapper with the decent, honest heart, in this silent classic. Any movie that ends with Film Noir icon Joan Bennett standing waist deep in the Salton Sea with her feet stuck in quicksand is, in my opinion, a true classic.
