I've watched fifteen-minute long student shorts that entertained me more

A perfectly enjoyable, mid horror flick. Much better than I was expecting given the IMDB score. I should probably stop paying attention to IMDB scores

I don't know if this is the reaction McAdams and Raimi are seeking, but it's a glorious good time of a movie to me.

The ending is majestic.

Aside from the poor CGI - which is mercifully brief - a solid creature feature.
