My personal list of favorite movies is huge, and new titles are being added all the time.

I liked the suburbia bits with Amy Ryan and Nathan Lane but overall I just think Synecdoche, NY depicted anxiety, paranoia, and fear better. Also, it is a crime to waste Parker Posey round these parts.
My new friend Cole referred to this as a "checklist as a movie" and nothing has fit my feelings about it more. Bowser was pretty badass tho.
A teenaged couple pick up a crazed drifter, and weird, violent shit starts happening. This movie felt like a live-action adult cartoon. The best part is Rose McGowan, who is at her snotty best. Even though this is labeled in the opening credits as "A Heterosexual Movie by Gregg Araki," there's this undercurrent of homoeroticism that wafts over the whole thing. I acquired the soundtrack immediately after I finished watching it.
This is the scariest movie I've seen in ages. Also, the saddest horror movie I've seen in ages.
