Very fun, stayed pretty true to the book besides not taking place in Kansas, and the lack of squid monsters.

Silly premise with lots of silly monologues, but a good cast with strong performances.

Dystopian, beautifully masochistic, heartbreaking. Oh to be slapped in the face again and again while gazing into the eyes of the woman you love, knowing it is the only way she can touch you.

So simple yet so hard-hitting. It makes you reflect on all the things in your life you're putting off until some day in the future when you have time for them.
