Yes one adult ticket for the sheep movie, please. A masterpiece. It had me right from the studio credits and all the way through that last shot. 

…but my only quibble is with the voices. The sheep accents were a mix of British and American — why? And they sounded sterile, like you could practically see the sound studio foam when they spoke. It just seemed mismatched with the vibrant outdoorsy vibes from the rest of the movie.

Anyway I loved it.

Fun once you get into the gimmick, but if you want heightened, dark, single-location stories about relationships, might I suggest Oh, Hi!?

VROOM VROOM! VROOM VROOM VROOM!

Did the story have vroom for improvement? Sure. Was the vroomantic subplot extraneous? You bet. But who cares, this movie is just beautiful to look at and listen to. Visceral racing scenes with sound and score (waddup Hans Zimmer) you can feel in your bones. Low-key one of the best sunglasses movies around. Fireworks too. Vroom.

I didn’t understand anything that happened but I sure loved eating popcorn and watching that sub sequence while my seat shook from the bass.

Also the woman sitting next to me left after ten minutes and returned NINETY MINUTES later
