Okay, I was wrong. This IS a lot funnier if you watch it right after Walk the Line, particularly when Dewey rips sinks out of the wall.

For my money this is better than a lot of the more celebrated westerns of the 50s, like High Noon, Shane and the Searchers. Not Rio Bravo.
