The immersive set design, the chaotic soundtrack, the absolutely ridiculous Rick Morantis swinging from a clothesline… EVERYTHING about this movie is pure magic. When I was a kid, this movie made me want to befriend ants and eat cream puff cookies.

Big words do not always equate to good movie. I almost fell asleep in the first half bc I was so bored. Also, this story deserved a make out scene…I’m tired of all the gay metaphor bullshit, they should’ve smooched!! Anne Hathaway looks amazing and the cinematography was truly stunning, but the dialogue was so arrogant.

I like my Vistavision projection the way I like my rice: grainy AF.

Absolutely thrilling ride. The cast is incredible and Junglepussy was there?? It was moving, electric, hilarious, and incredibly relevant to the chaos of modern America. I was on the verge of a panic attack the entire movie and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. PTA kinda did something here…I’m kind of ashamed that I haven’t seen any of his other movies, but I think it will be hard to top this one. 

Shout out to my cool Grammy for watching this one with me, she 100% called the gas chamber scene seconds before it happened. She also brought snacks so that’s a plus
