mixed feelings on this version... never fails to make me think about my unguided place in a shifting and tangled world though

Okay don't get me wrong, it's camp, for sure but much less subtle than it's predecessor, and for that reason it simply doesn't live up to the expectations. Also the costumes being too far away from actual school uniform just distances it from a purely narrative campness where it becomes almost gaudy.
