I loved this even more on a 2nd watch. It makes you laugh, then instantly feel guilty as it reminds you how bad the situation really is. An editing masterclass.
I've never bought the “it’s empty” criticism, and now I’m even more convinced it misses the point. There’s a lot to each character, and the weight of their situation becomes harder to ignore. I’m still not sure what I’d do in their shoes.
The drama dragged me into so many debates and I Fu#&*n love it.
