Totally breathtaking in IMAX 3D. I was studying the archaeology and prehistory of the SW United States when this originally came out, and I think I saw it 3 times then as I was doing a week-long study on the same cave system in France. Unbelievably beautiful film; from the artwork, music, characters, plot, themes - it just nails everything. The most touching film I have seen in a long time, I am not sure about the negative reviews of it being a "fantasy" movie or that Maquia is eternally young looking and to close of age to her son.
