Anurag Kashyap’s Ugly starts like a missing-child mystery, but slowly turns into a brutal study of greed, ego, failed relationships, corruption, and broken humanity. The title perfectly describes not just the situation, but every character inside the film.
(I can say it became my favorite film from Kashyap)
