Another mid entry to the franchise, not bad enough to be scrutinized and not good enough to be remembered. The Mandalorian’s transition to film feels overlong and structurelly off like two episodes of the show stitched together. To make matters worse, the stakes feel incredibly low which only drags down the repetetive nature of the action pieces. Therefore delairing any opportunity for emotional tension.
Baby Yoda steals the show per usual but even his quirks (softly growling & doing everything in cutely fashion) can only go so far.
