This fucks. Could definitely see it being the premise of a feature length film that fully delves into the inspector’s character and family (+ possibly cover more events from the game), but I still feel as if they effectively communicated everything they had to in these 9 mins to capture the essence of its source material.

Minor nitpick: Everything being written in English despite the characters all speaking Russian is a fairly distracting
