randomly stumbled upon “lose your sight” by sadesper record and instantly fell in love with it. then i found out it’s actually from “a sort of sound track for u.f.o.”, the soundtrack ep for this film. i love finding these unexpected connections.

this movie was so insanely fun! the color grading and neon lights were absolutely gorgeous, such a feast for the eyes. i also really loved the old-school game ui. it really made the whole movie feel like an arcade shooter game coming to life. there were so many cool action scenes too. the movie was chaotic and weird in such a fun early-2000s way lol. lara was seriously so cool!!! and the legendary mackerel was absolutely iconic!
