rewatched w/ roommate. i think the opening scene where eleanor gleefully accesses whiteness alongside her wealth really says the bulk of what i want to say? i'm generally not a fan of how this movie was lauded as representative™ in the cultural zeitgeist in 2018. upper middle class asian american upbringing constantly annoys me.

took me three tries to watch this movie because i kept falling asleep tired. rozencrantz reminds me intensely of a friend from college who was an english/math major and somehow managed to do his thesis on horses. had fun as a casual hamlet enjoyer.
