The only thing confusing and backwards about this movie is the backlash! If something makes me want to spend hours researching explanations and theories on Reddit afterwards, it wins. A kinetic, beautiful, immensely rewatchable, supremely affable, poignantly symbolic film that has more to subtly say about the climate crisis than Don't Look Up ever could.
