I kind of love how poorly this has aged.
I think Bo Burnham is an incredibly promising director, and this is a fantastic debut.

UGH, MY HEART. At one point she fantasizes about going back in time and trying to be a better, kinder person in specific scenes that we earlier saw she behaved very immaturely in. When she imagines helping the woman who dropped her potatoes on the stairs, I was sobbing like a lunatic. And the basketball?! Oh god, the basketball. The montage of her being raped from her perspective would be very difficult for many to stomach, but I felt that it was such an effective and necessary scene. It's a masterpiece and I will love this film 4-Ever.
This is what happens when someone thinks everyone will love anything you touch. This is U2 still making music and their concerts selling out.
