Loved the way this was shot. The super slow pacing was excellent and very my vibe. Cinematography was great. There was some stuff that was kinda rough in a low budget indie way, but it made up for it in other ways.
This film is very close to me, as one of the directors is my best friend. I've been seeing from afar much of the work and dedication that has gone into this for the last decade, watching early cuts, and talking through all the events as they happened. Seeing the finished film debut to the world with the incredible Wet’suwet’en women and resistance fighters on stage was deeply moving. Yintah is powerful and vital. See it, spread it, give your support to this cause however you can.

Really shitty queer-coding and autism-coding to make the guy seem creepier. Fuck that big-time.
Really cliched and poorly thought out writing choices hindered further by questionable performances to ensure a sloppy landing.
Nicholas Cage is, as always, incredibly immersion breaking and ruins everything he's in. Even with pounds of makeup and prosthetics his voice pierces through the screen and makes you hyper-aware you're watching Nicholas Cage try to act instead of a character in a story.
