Of the three classics I’m yet to watch this is my current favourite; I can see it holding that spot for some time
It’s impossibly philosophical and layered with much self-reflection, but through ingenious writing manages to provide an unexpected joyousness through its captivating and at times comical storytelling. It’s Shakespearean-like parlance provides a uniqueness to its script, it’s poetic and I think a core element in why it’s more emotive notes strike with such vigour.
