Some of the dialogue was a little corny and the slope of my interest as it went on generally tended downward but it was still fun
As a comedy it's hilarious with tons of memorable jokes and great deliveries, but as a drama it sort of falters and can feel amateurish. Roland has some good moments, but the only cast member I can really say was locked in the entire time was Vic Michaelis. Regardless you can tell this was made with tons of heart and even if the drama aspects weren't always there, it's worth watching just for how insanely funny it can get
As I was watching this I found myself frequently thinking about Michael Haneke's opinion on Schindler's List (which you can find here) and how much it could be applied to this movie
