The film refused to give us full fledged and developed characters so here is my bare bones review to match:

- Shallow
- "Throw life away for a man" propaganda
- No chemistry between anyone
- Lackluster romance
- Weird fits of rage from male lead prompted by literally nothing
- Can a dude not ruin their girl's bday for once? holy shit keep your tantrum for tomorrow at least damn

TLDR: Watch Queen Charlotte instead tbh. Same male lead who is sick and has a temper but at least the romance, writing and acting is better.

Every man in this film surrendered themselves to her aura.

This movie was painful to watch. It was slow, boring and the writing was terrible. Didn't care for the characters (which has to matter in a character driven movie). The focus was on the main character but his drive and everything he did wasn't as developed as much as it could've been.

The movie did teach me important life lessons, such as how to hold a baby. I don't think I ever truly knew how to achieve this but I've now been enlightened. I also know the correct way to get attention from a man I love.
