Damien excellently  juxtaposes the rotten core of the early days of Hollywood with the art form’s inherent beauty and magic. The film is a grand, bombastic, and truly BABYLONIAN ride fueled by Justin Hurwitz’s banging score. Damien Chazelle’s most ambitious project to date. This will definitely gain Cult Classic status in the upcoming years.
